How do I get a sample, and how long does it take?
Browse our site, choose the products you are interested in and contact us to request samples. A4 swatch cards are provided at no charge — you only cover the courier cost. Samples are sent out as soon as they are confirmed.
How do I confirm an order?

Can products be customised to our requirements?
Yes. We develop products to your specification — please send us the details.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Ready-stock items have no minimum order. For custom development, please contact us.
What is the earliest lead time?
Lead time depends on order quantity. Cut-length orders ship immediately. For bulk orders, under 1,000 yards is normally 7 days, 1,000–10,000 yards is 10 days, and above 10,000 yards is negotiable.
What after-sales support do you provide?
We provide full after-sales support. Any issue that arises during use is resolved promptly.

Buyer information

  • Batch variation: Because of the nature of the production process and raw materials, colour, grain and hand feel can vary slightly from batch to batch. This is normal in manufacturing and does not affect the overall quality or performance of the product.
  • Custom orders: Custom development is quoted individually — please contact us for the minimum order quantity, which depends on the product and the process. Clear design files are required, and bulk production starts once the sample is approved.
  • Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear quality problem that makes the product unusable, or the goods differ noticeably from the approved sample.
  • Colour accuracy: Monitor settings, lighting and photographic equipment can make the colour in product images differ from the actual product. You can request samples — we provide them at no charge; you only cover the shipping cost.
